PRICE: £40*/£45 (*EARLY BIRD BOOK BEFORE 7TH SEPTEMBER)
A 2.5-hour workshop to understand what living more authentically means and how it can bring more peace and balance to our lives.. Offering insights, practices, and perspectives to support your journey forward.
Are you in a season of questioning?
Outwardly “fine,” but inwardly wondering if the life you’re living can bring you a deeper sense of fulfilment and balance?
If you feel like you're always in a reactive state, noticing that your emotions are always on the verge of bubbling over and feeling as though there might be another way....then this Masterclass is for you.
You’re not alone. Many of us reach a point where it feels as though we’ve done all the “right” things externally and yet still feel a quiet restlessness or discomfort. I lived in that state for many years and it was debilitating.
This two-hour and a half hour workshop offers an opportunity to step back, take a moment, and explore what authenticity & realignment really means not just in theory, but in the context of your life.
What to Expect: In this two-hour session you’ll:
-
Explore what it means to live authentically through the lens of yogic philosophy
-
Understand the inner obstacles to clarity and fulfilment, known as the klesha-s
-
Reflect on the yama-s as guides to intentional and values-aligned living
-
Engage in guided self-reflection, gentle meditative & breath practices, and group discussion
-
Begin understanding a framework to help you move towards more of a feeling of inner fulfilment and clarity
Who This Is For? This session is especially for you if:
-
You feel disconnected from your purpose or unsure of your next step
-
You long to live with more depth, clarity, and self-trust
-
You’re in midlife and sensing a shift in what matters to you
-
You’re curious about the deeper teachings of yoga beyond the mat
-
You’re a yoga teacher looking to go deeper in to the philosophy of yoga

"I have now attended a number of Daryn’s workshops where he deep dives into the origins and philosophy of yoga and I do feel as if they have changed my life for the better, often leaving the sessions emotional and inspired to make more time for my practice and journey. Daryn delivers the ancient teachings in a way that is deeply intertwined with modern life demonstrating their relevance to our everyday lives. As someone who experiences high levels of anxiety, I feel I have found a new form of therapy that helps me to interrogate the source of my difficult thoughts and gives me the tools to pull my focus away from this towards the consistently calm place within me. Daryn is the reason I discovered this part of me in the first place and I am forever grateful to have had him and his teachings come into my life. I feel more able to navigate my life, thoughts and emotions and, to me, that is priceless! Thank you Daryn."

“Hey Daryn
I wanted to thank you for the online workshop last week. Really enjoyed it and got a lot out of it. Helped me to understand how much of what we do is shaped by attachmentand our belief that we are not enough.
A take away for me - is to try to live fully and lovingly, without clinging to the outcome (not so easy!)
Look forward to the next one x”

“Hey Daryn,
Thanks so much for sharing your deep knowledge of the ancient texts and philosophies. Your excerpts felt so fresh and relevant for our modern times.
I felt the workshop created space for me to evaluate my ways of seeing the world, and the role I play in it.
Plus, I enjoyed learning your practical techniques to reflect, find calm and balance.”
