are you still carrying the weight of the day with you when you get home?
Perhaps there are even pressures you meet when you get home too.
When we carry those pressures in to our evening, without having a method to let them go, they seep in to our conversations, our interactions, our capacity to be present. Of course this not only affects the quality of our evening but it can also take a toll on our sleep and our ability to rest deeply.
The tension continues to reside in our bodies, our breath and our minds. We are unable to rest.
What if there was a way to let you transition out of the day and to release the pressure?
The Evening Reset offers bite sized practices delivered over three days designed to help you:
• release physical tension
• settle your breath
• reconnect with a calmer, steadier state
So you can actually arrive into your evening with less of the baggage and more ease.
why this works

This approach is rooted in the traditional teachings of yoga, and specifically they teachings of Sri T Krishnamacharya, and the hundreds of hours of training I’ve received as a yoga therapist.
These are methods that help us to slowly change how we relate to our circumstances and to life itself.
When we learn to slow the body and breath, we allow the nervous system to settle down, we move out of a state of reactivity. We encourage the calming side of our nervous system to be present. We feel different internally.

As a result the mind begins to settle & over time we begin to shift the underlying patterns.

A few years ago, I was working long hours, constantly under pressure, and feeling disconnected from myself. Even when I stopped working, my mind didn’t. Through yoga, I discovered something simple but powerful:
You can learn how to step out of that chronic state of ‘always on’.
These practices were the foundation of that shift, for me and for many of the people I now work with.
