1. Deposit & Payment Terms: Reserve your spot with a non refundable £200 deposit per person. Second instalment of £200 payable by 1st May 2026, and final balance payable no later than 15th August 2026.

A minimum deposit of £200 is required to book your place (non-refundable.)

After booking cancellation/refund terms are on the following basis:

Cancellation of 9 months + 1 day or more in writing – Full refund of monies paid (less non-refundable deposit). 
Cancellation of 9 months – 6 months +1 day: 50% of total cost due, any excess paid will be refunded. Cancellation of 6 months – 3 months + 1 day 75% of total cost due, any excess paid will be refunded. Cancellation of 3 months or less, no refund, credit or exchange. Any outstanding monies are legally due in the event of cancellation of 3 months or less from the start date of the event.
