Join me for a comprehensive 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) program in Lagos, Nigeria.

Held across two 10-day immersions, and an online module, this training is designed for yoga practitioners who are ready to deepen their practice, gain confidence in teaching, and learn the art and science of Hatha Yoga.

The 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training is a Yoga Alliance–approved program that provides the foundation you need to become a skilful and knowledgeable yoga teacher. Taught in the classical Hatha tradition of Sri T. Krishnamacharya, this training covers essential aspects of yoga, including asana, pranayama, meditation, teaching methodology, yoga philosophy, and anatomy. Students will learn the methodology and techniques that underpin the ability to be able to practice and teach yoga in a safe manner that aligns with the foundational values of this ancient practice.
